DUE TO THE LIMITED NATURE OF EXCLUSIVE NEW ERA HATS, ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED, THEY CAN NOT BE CANCELLED NOR SIZE SWAPPED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Shoe Club accepts returns for store credit on footwear and apparel within 14 days from date of delivery. Exceptions apply. Any item labeled 'FINAL SALE' as well as underwear, sunglasses, and items discounted 20% or more are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately we do not process return labels for international orders. International customers that choose to ship the items back will only be eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card.

Orders received after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is deducted from your store credit. Store credit will not include any shipment fees paid and will only be of the same value as the product purchased. We understand that there are delays in shipment, however your label must be postmarked to fall within the 14 days in order to prevent the 20% charge.

All returns must be unworn, undamaged with tags still attached in its original condition when mailed back to Shoe Club. Customer is responsible for costs of shipping.

Customers are highly advised to keep documentation (receipt) of their returns being dropped off at the postal service. Shoe Club will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse.

Please do not put label or tape on the shoebox itself. Shoebox must be placed inside of a packaging box. Shoe Club may refuse the package if done so.
